Patient Intake Specialist

Job Summary: Verification of patient demographic information, insurance verifications, appointment scheduling, switchboard operations, and collections of copayment amounts. Intake Specialists rotate through Outpatient Registration, Physician Office Registration and Check Out, and Emergency Room Reception.
Candidates must possess excellent customer services skills and have a basic understanding of computer skills.
Cook
40 hours/week, 6:00am - 2:00pm & 7:00am - 3:00pm, Rotating weekends & Holidays
Job Summary: Responsible for all preparation of all foods for patients, guests, and employees. Review menus and ensure special diet orders are adhered to. Prepare and serve meals properly and attractively all while maintaining the department in a safe and sanitary manner.
Candidates must have basic math skills to adjust recipes, have good communication skills and be able to work well within a team. Prior kitchen experience preferred but on-the-job training is offered!
Housekeeping Aide

Job Summary: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all areas of the facility and satellite offices.
Candidates must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate efficiently in English. Candidates must possess time management skills and be able to work quickly and efficiently independently as well as within a team.
Dietary Aide
24 hours/week, 10:30am - 6:30pm , Rotating weekends & Holidays
Job Summary: Under direction of the Manager and staff cook, assemble patient trays according to menu and diet requirements for 3 meals/day. Portion cold food and assigned food preparation lists. Fulfill special dietary requests. Wash dishes and maintains clean and sanitary work conditions within the main kitchen complying with facility policies and state regulations.
Candidates must have excellent communication and verbal skills, possess the ability to work independently and be able to read and comprehend measurements/recipes.

EMERGENCY ROOM
REGISTERED NURSE
36 hours/week - 7:00pm - 7:00am - Rotating weekends & Holidays ($15,000 sign-on bonus)
Job Summary: Work alongside the Nursing and Physician staff to provide top level Nursing care to patients and have accountability for patient care administered during your shift.
Minimum Qualifications: Active PA State RN License - BLS Certification - ACLS Certification - PALS Certification - Prior ER or Med/Surg experience preferred
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
40 hours/week - 11:00pm - 7:30am/7:00pm - 7:00am - Rotating weekends & Holidays ($5,000 sign-on bonus)
Job Summary: Utilizing the nursing process, the LPN is responsible for the delivery of nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with the RN and is accountable for patient care administered during their assigned shift.
Minimum Qualifications: Active PA State PN License - BLS Certification - Prior ER or Med/Surg experience preferred.
NURSE AIDE
40 hours/week - 11:00pm - 7:30am/7:00pm - 7:00am - Rotating weekends & Holidays
Job Summary: Perform various duties under the direction of the Charge Nurse in the treatment of patients. Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine patient’s needs, make regular rounds to assure patients are clean, comfortable, and in a safe environment. Assist with patient trays, toileting, and transport as needed. Restock room supplies and scan documentation into patient’s EMRs as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduate or Equivalent - BLS Certification - Good interpersonal communication skills.
REHABILITATION & WELLNESS
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
40 hours/week, Day Shift (flexibility with hours) - Monday through Friday ($10,000 sign-on bonus)
Job Summary: Provide Physical Therapy services to clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in functional and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy - Active PA State Physical Therapy License - Active BLS Certification
PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
40 hours/week, Day Shift (flexibility with hours) - Monday through Friday
Job Summary: Administer Physical Therapy treatments to patients, working under the direction of and as assistant to the Physical Therapist.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree or equivalent from a CAPTE accredited college or technical school in Physical Therapy Assistant - Active BLS Certification - Indirect PTA preferred.

40 hours/week, 8:00am - 4:00pm with rotating 1:00pm - 9:00pm coverage - Rotating weekends & Holidays
Job Summary: Responsible for pre-seeing clinic clients prior to the Physicians and the completion of any written orders. Provide patient education and administer prescribed medications orally or by injection. Provide telephone triage as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of MA training and certification from an accredited school. Active BLS Certification

Job Summary: Dispense drugs prescribed by Physicians and other Health Practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use. Review prescriptions to assure accuracy and evaluate their suitability.
Candidates must have an active PA State Pharmacy License - PharmD Degree or Bachelors Degree of Science in Pharmacy
OPERATING ROOM / SHORT PROCEDURE UNIT
Registered Nurse
40 hours/week - 6:00am - 2:30pm - Monday through Friday
Job Summary: To provide continuity of Nursing services and patient advocacy to patients, while maintaining a safe environment throughout the unit. Demonstrating professionalism and striving for accuracy, the OR RN must be able to take on different roles within the unit.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing - Maintain a valid PA State RN License - Maintain active BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications - Prior OR or SPU experience preferred.

Radiology Department Manager
40 hours/week, Day Shift - On-call Responsibilities
Job Summary: Oversees, directs, and coordinates all daily schedules and activities within the Radiology Department. Reviews work schedules for staff and assigns duties to staff members to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals. Oversee staff in the operation of imaging equipment such as x-ray machine, fluoroscope, CT Scanner, MR, and evaluates the accuracy and quality of images and provides technical assistance. Ensures the department’s compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: ARRT Registered - Minimum 5 years as a Technologist - Must have X-ray and CT experience - Knowledge in MR, Mammography, Bone Density, and Ultrasound preferred.
