Facility Services Manager

Facility Services - Full Time - Day Shift (start time may vary) - On Call Responsibility

Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited school in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, OR equivalent education such as Associates Degree and Certified Hospital Facilities Manager - 5 years progressively responsible experience, preferably in Hospital or Continuing care Facilities Management - Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local standards and codes.

Organizes, oversees, and manages the activities of the department to maintain the buildings, equipment and grounds in good repair and free from potential hazards and coordinates all required modifications, alterations, and priority repairs as necessary. Coordinates personnel, budget preparations, and records control of the department with the Administration and Management of the Facility. Directs the Environmental Services program to ensure the clean, hygienic, and sanitary environment of the facility.

Hallstead Clinic - Certified Medical Assistant OR Licensed Practical Nurse

Full Time - Day Shift with Evening Rotation (Start time varies with Physician Schedules) - Rotating Saturdays - Rotating coverage to EMHS.

Requirements: Completion/Certification of Medical Assistant training from an accredited school - BLS Certification - ChildLine & FBI Fingerprinting Clearances - AS LPN: Active PA State PN License

Responsible for pre-seeing patients by obtaining vitals, recording patient history and the completion of any written orders. Rotations into the Phone Nurse room to field patient phone calls on the nurse line.

Housekeeping Technician

Environmental Services - Full Time - 3:00pm-11:00pm

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Time Management Skills - Excellent customer service skills - Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate efficiently in English - ChildLine and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances

Responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all areas of the facility. Position will require the clean up of blood and other bodily fluids.

Licensed Practical Nurse - All positions Rotating weekends & Holidays

Med/Surg Floor

Full Time - 2300-1100/ 1900-0700

Half Time (24 hours/week) - 0700-1900

Emergency Department

Full Time - 11:00pm - 7:30am (cross posted as Nurse Aide)

Full Time - 11:00am - 11:00pm (cross posted as R.N.)

Half Time (24 hours/week) - 1100 - 2300

Requirements: Active PA State P.N. License - BLS Certification - ChildLine & FBI Fingerprinting Clearances

Responsibilities include the delivery of Nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with the RN and accountability for patient care administered during your shift with the Nursing staff and Physician staff.

Medical Assistant

Full Time - Day Shift (start time will vary based on Physician schedules) - Rotating Saturdays and Evening Coverage

Emergency Room (cross train to Med/Surg)

Full Time 1900-0730/2300-0730 - Rotating weekends & Holidays

Requirements: High School Graduate or Equivalent - At least 1 year aide experience - BLS Certification - ChildLine & FBI Fingerprinting Clearances

Work as part of the Nursing team by obtaining vitals, bathing/dressing of patients, assist with patient trays/feeding, changing of linens as needed, and additional duties assigned by the shift’s Charge Nurse.

Patient Intake

Revenue Cycle - Full Time & Part Time- Evening Shift with rotating overnight coverage - Rotating weekends & Holidays

Requirements: High School Graduate or Equivalent - Excellent Customer Service skills - Good communication and computer skills

Primary job duties include patient insurance intake, appointment scheduling, switchboard operations, and insurance verification.

Phlebotomist

Laboratory - Part Time - Evenings with Day shift coverage - Rotating Saturdays

Requirements: High School Graduate or Equivalent - Active BLS Certification - ChildLine & FBI Fingerprinting Clearances - Successful completion of a Phlebotomy course or previous experience preferred.

Perform phlebotomy of patients, process clinical specimens, and prepare specimens for analysis in compliance with Hospital and Department policies.

Physical Therapist- SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!

Full Time - Day shift - Monday-Friday

Requirements: B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited University - Active PA State License of Physical Therapy - BLS Certification

Provide Physical Therapy services to clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in functional and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Radiology Manager- SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!

Imaging Department - Full Time - Day shift - On call responsibilities

Must be able to work alongside staff as a technologist

Requirements: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. At least five (5) years experience as a technologist or radiology supervisor and be familiar with all aspects of department policies and administrative procedures.

Oversees, directs, and coordinates all daily schedules and activities within the Radiology department. Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to staff members to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals. Oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment such as x-ray machine, fluoroscope, CT Scanner, MR, and evaluates the accuracy and quality of images and provides technical assistance. Ensures the department compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Work as a technologist as needed alongside staff.

Requirements: Active Respiratory Therapist License - BLS Certification - ACLS Certification - ChildLine & FBI Fingerprinting Clearances

Administer Respiratory Therapy procedures and evaluate patient’s efficiency including: aerosol nebulizer, incentive spirometry, chest physio-therapy, metered dose inhalers, IPPB, and PEP Therapy. Alongside respiratory duties, you will also perform pulmonary function duties, blood gas laboratory duties, and exercise stress testing duties.

Switchboard Operator

Revenue Cycle - Half Time - Weekend with some weekday coverage

Requirements: Customer Service skills, good communication skills.

Responsible for answering switchboard calls and fielding calls to appropriate departments. Scheduling appointments and assist Emergency Room reception desk personnel.
