Loren L. Stone, MHA, FACHE, Chief Executive Officer is an experienced Senior Financial Executive with over 16 years in healthcare finance and operations in rural health care.

Loren received his Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of Scranton and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association serving in an Officer position since 2003.

Loren is directly responsible to the EMHS Board of Directors regarding all operational aspects of daily operations. Loren provides guidance in all aspects of EMHS financial operations including budgeting, cost report preparation, financial statement preparation, revenue and cost center analysis.

Rexford O. Catlin, MHA, Development Officer has been employed at EMHS since 1973. Rex received his Bachelor’s Degree from Wilkes University majoring in Economics with a Minor in Accounting and Master’s Degree from Wilkes University in Health Administration & Finance.

To support the financial objectives of EMHS, Rex pursues funding opportunities both local and outside the community.  In addition, the Development Office recruits Physicians and mid-level Practitioners to address patient needs.

Rex participated in the transition from Montrose General Hospital to Endless Mountains Health Systems and the building of new replacement facility in 2013.

Josephine A. Bradley, CPA, MHA, Chief Financial Officer joined EMHS in November, 2015.  Josephine received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from King`s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA and her Masters in Health Administration Degree from the University of Scranton. Professional affiliations and certifications include Certified Public Accountant, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) past President Northeast Chapter and current Board Member.

Josephine has a very experienced background in healthcare accounting, auditing and finance. She has past affiliations with major healthcare providers in Northeast PA and has been involved in academia on the accounting staff and teaching as an adjunct professor.

Mary E. Mushala, RN, MS, CNE-BC, Chief Nursing Officer, has been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and a has over 25 years of Nursing/Critical Care management experience.

Mary received a Bachelors of Science Degree from Elmira College majoring in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Adult Nursing Administration/Clinical Nurse Specialist with a focus on Critical Care Nursing and Post Master’s Certificate in Nursing Administration from Syracuse University.

Mary oversees operation of all nursing divisions coordinating the integration of nursing process, nursing competencies and quality improvement activities for all nursing divisions. Mary’s duties also include management of the Infection Control Department.

Blaine Dibble, RRT, Administrative/Director of Ancillary Services, has been employed by EMHS since 1989 beginning as a Respiratory Therapist moving to Management of the Respiratory Department.

Blaine received his Associate in Applied Sciences at Mansfield University and Robert Packer School of
Respiratory Therapy.

In 2002, Blaine assumed responsibilities of an Administrator Director of all Ancillary Services which include Laboratory, Imaging, Respiratory and Rehabilitation Services. In addition, Blaine provides guidance to the Facilities Management department.

Blaine serves as the EMHS Emergency Management Coordinator, HIPAA Compliance Officer and Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Paula L. Anderson, MPS, PHR, Administrator Director/Human Resources, has been employed by EMHS since 1999 and assumed the role of Director of Human Resources in 2001.

Paula received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Geneva College and a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Penn State University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management.

Paula’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, hiring, performance management, and benefit administration.  Paula’s duties also include public and community relations.
