Messages are delivered during regular business hours Monday - Friday.  E-mails received on weekends will be delivered on Monday.

Complete all the required fields so that we can ensure that your message is delivered promptly.  Every effort will be made to deliver your card, if the patient has been discharged out of the facility, we will attempt to contact you, the sender.

This patient service should not be used for confidential communications.  It is meant solely as a method of encouragement to patients in the hospital.  All messages will be read and printed by staff or volunteers.  Inappropriate messages, business solicitations, obscene or offensive language will be discarded at the discretion of the staff or volunteer.
